Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in guest rooms and hotel areas, following procedures to keep them in optimal condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform room maintenance programs. 2. Carry out various tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. 3. Be a member of the emergency response team. ***Execute the preventive and corrective maintenance program for guest rooms. Perform various tasks in designated areas according to company procedures to maintain hotel areas in optimal condition.*** ***Responsibilities:*** * Perform various tasks as specified in work orders assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. * Report completed activities and anomalies to the immediate supervisor for timely correction. * Assist the maintenance department with various tasks as required. * Use materials and work equipment appropriately. * Execute maintenance programs for guest rooms. * Be a member of the emergency response team. * Use safety equipment properly to perform duties effectively. * Attend assigned training courses. * Understand and comply with Krystal Grand's Service Culture, Mission, and Values.
