We are looking for a **Performance Data Analyst** **Key Responsibilities:** Design, prepare, and deliver key performance data elements, supporting the Operations team in measuring and optimizing its performance. This includes connecting available data with a well-structured strategy to drive outcomes, optimize operational processes, and ensure clear, structured information is ready for decision-making. * Design and develop operational models: Create and implement requested models for different areas or countries, with a specific focus on operational efficiency. * Standardization and harmonization of information: Define and implement initiatives to improve data consistency and standardization across teams and regions. * Propose opportunities to improve operational processes: Identify and implement data-driven opportunities to enhance management and operational cycles. * Build an operational Data Hub: Design and build a data hub to feed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using specialized tools, ensuring information is clear and aligned with the Operations team’s needs. * Coordinate and manage teams across different countries, cultures, and contexts, with varying expectations. * Maintain an ever-evolving operational model, consolidating information from multiple projects. * Build reports tailored to diverse audiences—from operational teams to strategic leaders. * Cover the end\-to\-end process—from requirements gathering through product delivery and maintenance of the data solution. * Understand processes nearly in real time to deliver raw data ready for consumption by end users. **Requirements:** * Advanced English (conversational) * On-site work mode (San Pedro Garza Garcia, NL) * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field * 2 years of experience in digital operations, process optimization, or similar roles * Advanced knowledge of SQL / Snowflake * Proficiency in tools for collecting and analyzing operational data * Knowledge of statistical programming * Design and analysis of data-driven decision-making * Experience modeling data structures for end users * Ability to design automated and dynamic datasets containing relevant business data * Strong skills in summarizing, analyzing, and presenting data * Knowledge of trends and innovations in analytics, data products, and near real-time streaming **We Offer:** * 100% nominal compensation scheme * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Additional benefits * Professional Development Plan * Multicultural collaboration Learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS.
