Team leadership and development **Location:** Monterrey (with willingness to travel throughout the country) **Years of experience:** 3 to 5 years **English:** Advanced **Objective:** Leverage data and category vision to develop assortment and planogram strategies for our clients, aiming to grow categories. **A Day in the Life of...** * Develop implementation guidelines based on shopper research analysis to support Category Management initiatives and planograms * Generate category insights * Conduct workshops with business units to foster understanding of the Shopper Excellence process * Coordinate a Center of Excellence (COE) by aligning multiple departments to create a collaborative working environment between Nestlé and its key customers. Lead and develop the team under your supervision **What Will Make You Successful:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Category Manager * Experience leading teams * Proficiency in specialized software (e.g., Spaceplanning) * Strong analytical and numerical skills * Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including negotiation, conflict resolution, assertive communication, and results orientation with excellent cross-team interaction * Advanced English
