Coordination of architectural drawings with engineering disciplines 3. 3D modeling and support in project presentations Project Architect / Draftsperson Job Description At **SARUGC**, we are looking for a **Project Architect / Draftsperson** to join our team, focusing on the development and execution of architectural projects. This position is critical to the technical and graphical development of projects, ensuring that construction information is clear, accurate, and aligned with regulatory requirements and client specifications. **Main Responsibilities** * Development of architectural drawings (preliminary design, construction documents, and construction details). * Preparation and updating of drawings in AutoCAD and/or Revit. * Coordination of architectural drawings with engineering disciplines (structures, MEP, etc.). * Generation of 3D models and support in project presentations (renders, presentation sheets). * Review and correction of drawings in accordance with regulations and technical specifications. * Support in administrative procedures and technical documentation as required. * Control and organization of digital project files. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Architecture. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Experience with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion or other modeling/rendering software (preferred). * Knowledge of construction processes and current regulations. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. **Benefits** * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Statutory benefits plus additional performance-based benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth within the company. * Centrally located office with easy access.
