




We have an opportunity for you to grow with us as a Training Coordinator in the Talent and Culture area. Your main responsibilities will be: * Coordinate, deliver, and manage logistics for onboarding new hires. * Plan and coordinate actions to ensure employee training compliance (scheduling, venue, participants, and instructional/audiovisual materials). * Guarantee and manage logistics and materials for courses or workshops required by various departments. * Design and develop in-person and virtual training aligned with the training plans for different positions. * Administer the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS). * Provide tutoring, follow-up, and technical support to employees for accessing the digital learning platform. * Produce interactive learning content using authoring tools that accommodate diverse learning styles. * Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and collected data to request/design/implement courses. * Prepare reports ensuring tracking and compliance with training indicators. * Support Organizational Development projects directly related to training. * Manage the department’s budget. * Generate purchase requests and expense verifications corresponding to the department’s monthly/annual budget. * Jointly administer with vendors compliance regarding training and instruction requirements set forth by STPS.
