Job Summary: We are seeking an RSOC Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the monitoring center, supervise personnel, and manage physical and corporate security incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of operational staff and coordination during incidents **Private security company** **SEEKING "RSOC SUPERVISOR"** **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree or completed technical program Experience in CCTV, GPS, and electronic access monitoring Availability to work rotating shifts Minimum 1 year of experience in physical and corporate security **KNOWLEDGE** Physical Security CCTV Monitoring and Monitoring Centers GPS Monitoring and Route Analysis Supervision of Operational Staff Leadership Capability Effective Communication High sense of responsibility and confidentiality **RESPONSIBILITIES** Supervise daily RSOC operations Coordinate, supervise, and follow up with monitoring personnel Provide support during incidents and critical events. Verify proper monitoring of CCTV, electronic access control, GPS, etc. Maintain communication and coordination with authorities, emergency services, vendors, and involved departments Prepare and review operational, executive, logbook, and incident reports Consolidate RSOC statistics, metrics, and indicators Salary: Starting at $18,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
