***LOUVA*** is seeking **Electromechanical Installations Coordinator with the objective of:** Planning, coordinating, and supervising the installation, integration, and operation of electromechanical systems in vertical concrete buildings over 20 stories, ensuring proper technical execution, regulatory compliance, and alignment with project cost, quality, and timeline objectives. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Coordinate the execution of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, HVAC, fire protection, voice, and data installations. * Supervise specialized subcontractors and verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations. * Review construction documents and identify clashes with structural and architectural elements. * Develop and monitor the electromechanical installation schedule. * Validate estimates, generators, and installation progress reports. * Participate in site meetings and coordinate activities with site managers, superintendents, and designers. * Ensure compliance with national regulations. * Implement and verify safety measures for installation work. * Coordinate commissioning, testing, and handover of electromechanical systems. ***Profile Requirements*** * Academic Background: Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field. ***Experience:*** * Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating electromechanical installations in vertical construction projects. * Participation in at least 2 projects over 20 stories as a coordinator. * Proven experience in integrating installations with structural and architectural components. ***Technical Knowledge:*** * Medium and low voltage electrical installations. * Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (HVAC). * Hydraulic, sanitary, and fire protection systems. * Automation and special systems (CCTV, access control, voice/data). * Construction scheduling and control (MS Project). * Applicable regulations: NOM ***WE OFFER:*** * Competitive salary according to experience. * Statutory benefits and major medical insurance. * Career development in large-scale projects. * Additional vacation days beyond statutory requirements. * Statutory benefits **HIRING:** * Immediate * Project-based hiring SCHEDULE: **MONDAY TO FRIDAY** 9:00 AM\-6:00 PM **and SATURDAY** 9:00\-1:00 PM Work Location: **WITHIN THE GUADALAJARA METROPOLITAN AREA** Job Type: Full-time, Temporary or Project-based Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical insurance * Additional vacation or paid leave Experience: * Electromechanical installations in vertical construction: 5 years (Desirable) Workplace: On-site job Expected Start Date: 11/15/2025
