Technical development in the solar energy sector A growing company in the solar sector is seeking a **Technical Supervisor** with proven experience in photovoltaic installations and on-site operational leadership. We are looking for a candidate who can work on-site, coordinate technical teams, and make technical decisions to ensure safe, functional, and well-executed installations. ### **Responsibilities** * Field supervision and execution of photovoltaic systems * Coordination of technical crews * Validation of electrical connections and structural mounting * On-site detection and correction of technical faults * Compliance with safety and quality standards * Project delivery in accordance with technical specifications ### **Requirements** * Proven experience in solar installations * Residence within the Guadalajara Metropolitan Zone (ZMG) * Solid knowledge of electricity, electrical connections, and distribution panels * Experience in industrial, hotel, commercial, or building projects * Prior experience leading operational personnel * Air compressor operation is desirable * Minimum education: Higher Technician, Technical Degree, or Technical High School Diploma ### **We Offer** * **Monthly take-home salary of $15,000 to $20,000**, depending on experience * Statutory benefits * Stable employment contract * Participation in ongoing projects * Technical development within the energy sector If you have field experience and seek stability within large-scale solar projects, apply through this channel.
