Job Summary: Maintain building facilities and equipment in optimal condition by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, including air conditioning systems and finishes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and repair building facilities 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment 3. Responsible for the proper operation of air conditioning units and lighting fixtures **THE IIDEA COMPANY** Produces tequila and agave syrup. **POSITION:** BUILDING TECHNICIAN **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Maintain the building facilities under your responsibility in good condition, including inspection and repair of air conditioning units, lighting fixtures, painting, and aesthetic structural damage. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Execute the general building maintenance program established by your immediate supervisor. · Execute the Predictive\-Preventive Maintenance Program designed by the Building Maintenance Manager and the Asset Security Management Department. · Maintain records and logbooks for preventive and corrective maintenance performed on building equipment and facilities. · Inspect air conditioning equipment and perform necessary repairs. **REQUIREMENTS:** · High school diploma; technical degree in industrial maintenance or related field. · Experience in building maintenance, electrical installations, painting and finishing, plumbing, and drywall handling. · Knowledge of air conditioning systems. · Availability to rotate shifts (Sundays off) ü 6:00 am – 2:00 pm ü 2:00 pm – 9:30 pm Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Savings fund * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
