**Job Objective:** We are seeking a **CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATOR** to quantify and generate construction volumes across various disciplines—including civil works, electrical works, air conditioning, etc.—as well as prepare budgets according to project requirements. * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday **Education:** * Civil Engineer * Architect **Additional Education:** * Knowledge of quantity takeoff tools **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in this role. **Competencies:** Organized, team-oriented, proactive, effective/ assertive communicator, analytical, adaptable, honest, empathetic, frustration-tolerant, committed, able to work under pressure, problem-solver, results-driven, responsible, disciplined, trustworthy, service-oriented. **Technical and Administrative Skills:** * AutoCAD * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Neodata * Preparation of civil and electrical construction takeoffs * Basic knowledge of Neodata **Key Responsibilities:** * Conceptualize projects (review drawings for areas, heights, and finishes) * Analyze project scopes * Quantify and generate volumes for structural, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP), and civil works * Issue diverse quotation requests * Analyze unit prices * Prepare budgets * Develop item catalogs Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Application question(s): * What is your expected net monthly salary?
