Quality Control Coordinator Woodworking company seeks personnel: Quality Coordinator, responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards in processes and products. Responsibilities: * Supervise inspection and quality assurance. (supervise quality control inspectors.) * Audit products and processes. * Classify non-conforming products and manage rework. * Analyze statistical information and quality indicators. (Excel pivot tables) * Conduct root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions. * Supervise quality personnel and promote a quality culture. Requirements: * Industrial Engineering or related field. * 1 year of experience in quality assurance or quality control supervision. * Experience in inspection, audits, rework, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis. * Proficiency with measuring instruments (tape measure, vernier caliper). * Excel pivot tables, chart creation, and reporting. PowerPoint. Word. * Verification and calibration of measuring equipment. * ISO 9001 certification desirable. * CTPAT and SGC certifications desirable. Competencies: Leadership, personnel management, active listening, teamwork, results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and visual acuity.
