The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing the tasks of the warehouse staff team, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards (6S methodology), supervising the correct use of equipment and materials, and maintaining smooth communication with the team and shift supervisors. Additionally, they must identify and resolve operational incidents, motivate the team, support warehouse tasks when necessary, and report progress or needs to the logistics manager. Key responsibilities include organizing and assigning daily tasks (loading, unloading, goods placement, order picking, etc.), supervising compliance with safety and quality standards, and monitoring appropriate use of equipment and materials. They will also serve as the team’s point of reference, maintaining effective communication with operators and shift supervisors, motivating and supporting team members, and promptly and constructively resolving operational issues. Occasionally, they will provide operational support within the warehouse as activity demands, and report incidents, progress, and resource requirements to the logistics manager or shift supervisor. ### **Requirements** Basic or intermediate-level education (Vocational Training in Logistics or similar is desirable). Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in warehouse operations and/or as coordinator or supervisor of small teams. Proficiency in Excel. Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems. Desirable but not mandatory: Training in leadership, communication, and team management. LEAN training and SAP experience. Key competencies: responsibility, empathy, clear communication, practical leadership, organization, and teamwork. ### **Offer** Contract: Permanent. Workplace: Guadalajara. Working hours: Wednesday to Sunday, with weekly rotating shifts: Morning shift: 6:00–14:00 h; Afternoon shift: 10:00–18:00 h (Wednesday to Friday), and 6:00–14:00 h on weekends.
