Job Summary: A professional with payroll experience, responsible for payroll processing, incident management, affiliation transactions, and tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing 2. Proficiency in CONTPAQi Payroll software 3. Comprehensive calculation of ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of specific experience in payroll. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Payroll**. * Current Mexican labor and tax legislation. * Comprehensive calculation of ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. * **Excel:** Intermediate/advanced level (formulas and pivot tables). * **Operational Management:** Processing weekly and biweekly payrolls. * **Incident Management:** Administration of absences, tardiness, disabilities, vacations, and loans. * **Affiliation Transactions:** Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in **IDSE and SUA**. * **Tax Compliance:** Validation of electronic invoice stamping with the **SAT**, and year-end bonus calculations. * **Closings and Reconciliations:** Performing payroll vs. accounting reconciliations and compiling reports for payments to **IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and FONACOT**. * **Terminations:** Accurate calculation of severance and final settlements according to applicable law.
