**We are seeking a Warehouse Analyst to join our team at Sesajal S.A. de C.V.** **Objective:** ------------- Ensure control, organization, and proper handling of finished goods inventory for domestic and export markets, guaranteeing the availability, integrity, and traceability of packaging materials within the SAP system. Monitor proper preparation, shipment, and dispatch of products, complying with the company's quality standards, delivery timelines, and established logistical requirements—ensuring all activities are performed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with FSC22000 certification, the HACCP plan, and BPMs. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Ensure unloading of packaging materials, export finished goods (PT), and distributor finished goods (PT). * Verify correct dispatch of domestic and export finished goods (PT). * Manage inventory receipts and dispatches in the system for domestic finished goods, export finished goods, and packaging warehouses. * Supplier coordination and support. * Maintain operational records. * Coordinate delivery and location of finished goods (PT). * Manage packaging supply for production. * Analyze storage arrangements for packaging materials and export/distributor finished goods (PT) on racks. * Manage invoicing for export and domestic shipments. * Administer safety and operational supplies. * Support cyclic counts and general inventories. **Requirements:** --------------- **ERP or SAP system proficiency** * Management of inventory receipts, dispatches, and internal movements. **Inventory control and reconciliation** * Counting methods (cyclic, general, selective) and variance analysis. **Receiving and dispatch processes** * Validation of quantities, documentation, and physical condition of goods. **Database and reporting skills** * Intermediate Excel usage for inventory analysis and KPI tracking. **Storage and stacking standards** * Application of safety criteria and space optimization principles. **Document management** * Control and filing of delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, and movement reports. **Product rotation** * Implementation of FIFO, FEFO, or LIFO methods according to internal policies. **Warehouse performance indicators** * Measurement and monitoring of KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order picking time, and loading/unloading efficiency. **Regulatory compliance and safety** * Application of 5S methodology, GSP (Good Storage Practices), and PPE usage. **Cross-departmental coordination** * Effective communication with logistics, procurement, production, and quality departments to ensure smooth material flow.
