Responsibilities: * Receive, organize, and prepare production orders. * Operate screen printing octopus machines manually and/or automatically. * Meet product delivery deadlines (on time and as specified). * Color tone matching. * Coordinate activities of personnel under supervision. * Load and unload materials when required. * Manage DTF transfers. * Print on various types of fabrics. * Supervise drying or curing processes according to ink type. * Equipment cleaning and maintenance. * Personnel training. * Other related duties. Requirements: - Easy access to the work location. - Completed high school education. - Valid documentation (RFC, NSS, INE, etc.). - Minimum 2 years of experience supervising personnel. - Ability to work toward objectives. - Experience in manual and/or automatic screen printing (minimum 3 years).
