Responsibilities: Manage customer arrivals and departures at the center. Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience. Provide information about our services and products. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues. · Requirements: Prior experience in customer service roles. Familiarity with communication and service tools. Ability to work rotating shifts.
