A prominent company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of construction materials is seeking a creative, results-oriented professional to join our **Marketing** team. **Job Objective** You will be responsible for managing customer service and sales through digital channels, ensuring timely follow-up until transaction closure. **What We Are Looking For** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–3 years in marketing, preferably within construction, industrial, or retail (B2B/B2C) sectors. * **Technical Skills:** * Management of digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Business, SEO/SEM). * Experience with **SAP** or similar software. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate-level Excel and Word). * **Competencies:** Proactivity, initiative, excellent verbal communication skills, sense of urgency, and analytical ability. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Manage and attend to customers via digital channels and social media. * Generate, advise on, and close digital sales. * Coordinate with the logistics department for material shipments. * Maintain an up-to-date customer database. * Propose and execute product promotion campaigns to boost sales. * Analyze results and prepare biweekly performance reports. **What We Offer** * **Base Salary:** $12,000 net monthly (negotiable based on experience) * **Compensation Structure:** Attractive sales-based variable pay and bonuses/commissions. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Work Schedule:** * Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM (On-site). * Saturdays: Half-day **Remote Work**. * **Location:** Av.
