Main Responsibilities: * Supervise daily branch operations during the assigned shift. * Coordinate and follow up with operational staff. * Ensure proper customer service and support. * Verify merchandise placement, stock levels, and display. * Monitor operational indicators and compliance with established processes. * Assist with store opening and closing procedures. * Guarantee adherence to internal policies and safety standards. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within self-service stores, retail, or convenience stores. * Experience managing staff. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Results-oriented mindset and strong customer service focus. * Basic computer skills.
