What will you do? \-Manage procurement of equipment, labels, and consumables, ensuring optimal quality and price. \-Analyze and monitor suppliers to optimize costs and timelines. \-Prepare purchase orders and coordinate deliveries. \-Conduct market research to identify new supplier and product opportunities. \-Collaborate on developing procurement budgets. \-Track and control inventory levels. \-Analyze procurement data to identify patterns and optimize processes. \-Manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms. \-Source foreign suppliers What are we looking for in you? \-Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field. \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a plus). \-Experience in procurement or supplier analysis. \-Organizational skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. \-Experience in import/export operations. \-Advanced English proficiency. \-Strong numerical aptitude. \-Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. \-Proactive, responsible attitude with a continuous improvement mindset. \-Teamwork orientation and effective communication skills. \-Full-time availability and convenient access to the work location.
