Provide personalized attention to clients in the Federal, State, and Municipal Government sectors—including issue resolution, customer development and profitability, and attraction of new government-related business. Knowledge of core banking products such as checking accounts, investment products, and government funds. Includes BD (Business Development) products such as payroll issuer setup, BEMs, ATMs, and CEPs related to revenue collection. Friendly demeanor, service-oriented attitude, and strong client management skills. Active relationship management with internal clients (Branch Directors and Officers, as well as internal departments—focused on job description or the specific purpose of each department). Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible: * Monitoring growth of the assigned portfolio in deposits, credit, and related government services (State or Municipal). * Implementing institutional strategies for prospecting new clients. * Delivering presentations and proposals for the locally assigned product portfolio to facilitate goal achievement. * Reviewing institutional objectives and targets to be met. * Understanding clients and resolving issues. * Conducting client visits and meetings to identify their needs. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or related fields. * Years of experience: 3 years with experience in sales of financial products and services. * Areas of expertise: Sales and customer management, negotiation, public finance. * Required knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Market Analysis. * Languages: English preferred. * Willingness to travel: Yes. * Willingness to relocate: NA.
