Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support administrative processes, recruitment, selection, and organization of employee personnel files. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in recruitment and selection processes 2. Administration and updating of personnel files 3. Coordination of onboarding documentation Position: Human Resources Assistant We are looking for an Administration Technician or a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields to join our team. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Valid driver's license. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Microsoft Office Suite. * Basic Human Resources processes. * Administrative control. * Personnel file organization. * Knowledge of and compliance with traffic laws. SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Managing and updating employee personnel files and databases. * Supporting and tracking HR administrative processes (personnel movements and documentation). * Assisting in recruitment and selection processes. * Coordinating onboarding documentation and integration of new hires. * Supporting training sessions, internal events, and departmental activities, including logistics and setup. * Managing and organizing HR materials and inventory to ensure order and availability.
