




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to consolidate and monitor files, manage procurement and renewals, review payrolls and insurance policies, and provide advisory services on social security matters. Key advisory services on social security matters We seek an Economics and Administration, Human Resources, or related bachelor's degree holder to join our team. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Basic Tax Knowledge. * Basic IMSS Federal Law Knowledge. * Basic Federal Labor Law Knowledge. * Basic Human Resources Knowledge. * Microsoft Office Suite. * English proficiency preferred. SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Collecting documentation, filing, and tracking files. * Managing partner hiring, renewals, and follow-up. * Reviewing proper payroll preparation and receipt delivery. * Submitting enrollments and cancellations for medical expense insurance and life insurance policies. * Advising partners regarding INFONAVIT, AFORE, and IMSS. SALARY: $14,000 MXN net per month (adjustment after the first 3 months based on performance).
