Job Summary: We are seeking an Economics and Administration Graduate, Human Resources Graduate, or related field professional with experience in tasks such as file compilation, partner recruitment and follow-up, and payroll review. We seek an Economics and Administration Graduate, Human Resources Graduate, or related field professional to join our team. * 2 years of experience in similar activities. * Valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Basic Taxation. * Basic Federal Social Security Law (IMSS). * Basic Federal Labor Law. * Basic Human Resources. * Microsoft Office Suite. * English preferred. SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Collect documentation, compile files, and conduct follow-ups. * Partner recruitment, contract renewals, and follow-ups. * Review correct payroll preparation and receipt delivery. * Submit enrollments and cancellations for medical expense insurance and life insurance policies. * Advise partners regarding Infonavit, Afore, and IMSS. SALARY: $14,000 net per month (adjustment after 3 months with the permanent staff).
