Objective: Transform ideas into tangible solutions that impact the market and meet end-user needs. **REQUIREMENTS** * Industrial Engineering, Product Development Engineering or Process Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering * Experience in the metal-mechanical industry * Experience in new product development and manufacturing processes * Proficiency in design software * Knowledge of materials and raw materials **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Display development · Product design (Create and improve products from conception through final design, while meeting customer expectations and market trends) · Manufacturing supervision (Coordinate with production teams to ensure products are manufactured according to specifications and within budget) · Testing and evaluation (Ensure products are safe and functional prior to market launch) · Market analysis (Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform new product development) · Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work jointly with designers and engineers to ensure the final product meets business objectives and customer expectations. * Prototyping of new products * Research on materials and components * Statistical analysis of material usage and waste **WE OFFER:** * Weekly salary plus grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits and enhanced benefits starting from the sixth month * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; weekends off Location: Tlaquepaque, Jal., 5 minutes from Chapala Highway Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term position Salary: $21,000.00 – $23,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
