




**Institutional Director – Heceforth School Guadalajara** Heceforth School Guadalajara is seeking an **Institutional Director** with solid experience in academic leadership, administrative management, and organizational development. This position is critical to ensuring compliance with educational standards, strengthening the workplace climate, and consolidating the institute’s growth and positioning. The selected candidate will be responsible for comprehensively directing academic and administrative processes, driving continuous improvement, guaranteeing educational quality, and ensuring effective engagement with the school community and external partners. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor teaching staff performance, curricula, and academic outcomes. * Supervise administrative processes, institutional reporting, and official documentation. * Implement initiatives to strengthen workplace climate, reduce turnover, and resolve internal conflicts. * Maintain ongoing communication with parents, students, teachers, and external stakeholders. * Coordinate the institute’s participation in education fairs, promotional events, and positioning activities. * Implement academic and administrative improvements based on evaluation and analysis. * Supervise enrollment lists, track at-risk students, and ensure student retention and persistence. * Promote strategies that enhance institutional visibility and student recruitment. **Required Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related fields. **Required Experience** * Minimum **2 years of experience in leadership or coordination roles** (academic/administrative) within educational institutions.
