




**HR Generalist** We are a growing recruitment agency seeking an organized **HR Generalist** with a service-oriented attitude and the ability to manage key HR processes. **Responsibilities** * **Payroll processing in NOMIPAQ** (payroll stamping, incident handling, severance settlements, employee onboarding and offboarding). * **Internal recruitment**: administrative profiles, candidate screening, and interviews. * **Organizational Development**: workplace climate, internal communication, performance tracking, and corporate culture. * **Control Desk**: personnel files, contracts, documents, departmental KPIs, monitoring and compliance. * **Partnerships** with institutions and universities. **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in HR (generalist, analyst, or personnel administrator). * **Proficiency in CONTPAQ i payroll software (mandatory).** * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, and SUA. * **Highly organized**, with strong ethics and confidential information handling skills. * **Service-oriented attitude**, collaborative work style, and solution-focused mindset. **We Offer** * Salary: $15,000 MXN net per month. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday. * A trustworthy, professional, and results-oriented work environment.
