We are seeking a leadership-oriented professional to manage training and team growth at our Guadalajara branch. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Training:** Design and coordinate technical and operational training programs for staff. * **Onboarding:** Lead onboarding and integration processes to ensure an excellent welcome for new hires. * **Administrative Management:** Handle legal procedures with the **STPS** (forms DC-3, STYS) and monitor internal development. * **Execution:** Deliver in-person courses and administer performance evaluations. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of corporate training experience. * **Technical Knowledge:** Training Needs Assessment (**TNA**), instructional design, and STPS regulations.
