Education: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in related fields. **Experience: 1 year in mass recruitment.** **KNOWLEDGE:** * Recruitment strategies. * Management of various job boards (free or paid). * Psychometric tests. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Group facilitation. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in progress, incomplete, or completed (Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields). The candidate must demonstrate confidence, dynamism, and proactivity.
