**Position: Private Security Supervisor**
**Position Objective:**
Ensure the proper operation of assigned security services by supervising field personnel, ensuring compliance with instructions, timely handling of incidents, and customer satisfaction.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Supervise compliance with security instructions and protocols at each service location.
* Coordinate and direct operational staff (security guards).
* Conduct supervision rounds across various service points.
* Respond to incidents, emergencies, and field staff reports.
* Prepare operational reports and supervision logs.
* Train and provide feedback to staff on procedures and customer service.
* Verify shift coverage and manage attendance-related incidents.
* Maintain communication with clients for service follow-up and improvement.
* Supervise proper use of uniforms, equipment, and work tools.
* Implement continuous improvement actions in operations.

**Requirements:**
* Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in private security.
* Prior experience as a supervisor.
* Experience managing work teams (minimum 10–20 people).
* Experience interacting with clients and handling incidents.
* **12x12 day or night shifts**
* **Monthly salary of $15,000 MXN gross + $1,000 MXN performance incentives**
Salary: $15,000.00–$16,000.00 MXN per month
