**LEADING PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY WITH OVER 20 YEARS IN THE MARKET IS SEEKING:** **PRIVATE SECURITY TRAINER** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * **DC5 certification (mandatory)** * **Knowledge of OEA and CTPAT standards** **Responsibilities:** * Develop training plans for operational staff * Conduct classroom and on-site training * Design training programs for operational staff * Disseminate training programs to assigned personnel and keep them updated * Coordinate training activities by supervising and evaluating assigned personnel * Provide ongoing classroom and on-site training to supervisors * Prepare training materials * Coordinate research on training topics, among others **We offer:** * Net monthly salary of $18,000–$20,000, depending on experience * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM * Statutory benefits from day one * Sundays off * Career growth opportunities * Free uniforms
