Thanks to our success, Intraurbana is currently undergoing expansion and growth; therefore, we are seeking: Position: **Structural Supervisor** Job Objective: To supervise and ensure the proper execution of structural works (foundations, concrete, steel, and construction systems) in **high-rise vertical housing projects**, guaranteeing compliance with drawings, specialized construction processes, regulations, quality, safety, and project schedules—particularly for complex structural systems and deep foundations. ### **Requirements** * Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering degree. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** supervising vertical structural work. * Essential experience in: * Towers **exceeding 12 levels**. * Supervising correct execution of structural elements: foundations, slabs, columns, beams, and structural walls. * Verifying compliance with structural drawings, technical specifications, and current standards. * Validating layout, elevations, alignments, and dimensions on-site. * Controlling quality of concrete, reinforcing steel, formwork, and formwork removal processes. * Supervising laboratory tests (slump, cylinders, etc.). * Coordinating and following up with structural contractors. * Monitoring physical progress versus schedule and identifying technical deviations. * Preventing rework and supporting estimation reviews. * Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations for structural work. * Coordinating with architecture, installations, and other disciplines. * Participating in site meetings and progress reporting. * **Intermediate AutoCAD skills** (preferred). * Basic **Office software suite** proficiency. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise structural construction execution for the project. * Monitor the construction process according to drawings and specifications. * Verify reinforcement placement, prefabricated systems, formwork, and concrete pours. * Supervise lifting operations and elevated work under safety standards. * Receive and validate **material testing reports** (concrete, steel, laboratory). * Coordinate activities with surveying, laboratory, and contractors. * Prepare progress reports and maintain effective internal communication. * Exercise operational leadership on-site. **Benefits:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM and 3:30 PM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (Sundays off) * Statutory benefits \+ enhanced package (30 days’ year-end bonus) * **OFFERED SALARY: $26,000\.00** **WORK LOCATION:** **ELARC:** 5698 Av.
