Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employment Type** Confianza**Position Objective** Develop interventions that drive social change for individuals, groups, communities, and institutions to contribute to their quality of life and achievement of the Stella Vega Foundation's objectives.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Provide support and follow-up on in-kind assistance requests from individuals, institutions, or communities. * Participate in the development and implementation of social projects. * Ensure proper documentation control to verify intervention activities. * Provide specialized support to internal departments as required. Experience * Civil associations, foundations, or social organizations \- 1 year * Working with vulnerable groups (senior citizens, marginalized populations, individuals with chronic illness, communities) \- 1 year * Customer and/or user service \- 1 year. Knowledge * Basic social work methodologies * Social management and institutional linkage. Education Bachelor's Degree**Complementary Profile** * Desirable experience in group facilitation and clinical/hospital unit work. * Desirable knowledge of social approaches for individuals with chronic kidney disease.
