




**The Position** --------------- Maintain and increase doctors' prescriptions in a hybrid manner to achieve market share growth for promoted products and meet market share and growth targets within the territory. **Tasks and Responsibilities** ------------------------------ * Conduct in-person and virtual physician coverage according to company guidelines, meeting established frequency requirements to achieve sales objectives. Ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies through various communication channels to generate sales results. * Accurately validate, maintain, and leverage the assigned market target to fully develop each physician's potential for all products under responsibility. * Apply the Hybrid Consultative Sales Model and maintain high product knowledge levels to build solid relationships with visited physicians and provide solutions that meet their needs. * **Requirements** -------------- **Mandatory** --------------- * Professionals holding a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. Valid driver's license up to date. * **Desirable** ------------- * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in Corporate Sales and/or as a Medical Representative.
