We are looking for: **COMPUTER ANALYST** For this position, we require someone with: * Solid knowledge of computer systems and hardware. * Experience in repairing and maintaining computer equipment. * Effective communication and customer service skills. You only need: Bachelor's degree in Communications Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical career. Experience: * Minimum experience providing support in systems, computing, corporate innovation, and telecommunications networks. * Minimum experience in accepted professional internships. Your responsibilities will include: \* Serving our customers professionally and respectfully. \* Repairing and maintaining computer equipment. \* Installing antivirus software and Microsoft Office suite. \* Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers.\* Providing remote and on-site technical support. \* Resolving issues via remote connections (handled through the support website and by phone). \* Performing data backups.
