Job Summary: We are seeking an SAP S/4 HANA Project Leader with solid experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and Activate methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. SAP S/4 HANA Project Leadership (Cloud and On-Premise) 2. Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance Experience 3. Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and team management Experience: · Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience, including 5–7 years leading SAP projects (Cloud and/or On-Premise) · Direct involvement in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, rollouts, and/or migrations for  Supply Chain  Manufacturing and/or Operations (Production Execution)  Complementary initiatives and/or SAP-related program projects  Finance – Back Office (Desirable) Technical and Functional Knowledge: · Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology · Knowledge in  Project or initiative management and control  Management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams (internal and external)  Risk and issue/problem management  Project resource management Soft Skills: • Clear and effective communication with management and project teams • Team leadership • Influence and negotiation with project teams Languages • English, upper-intermediate – B2/B1 (mandatory) Certifications • PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent • (Desirable) Agile (Scrum, Master, SAFe) Location: GDL (Tlaquepaque) . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 7 years of experience Languages: English Keywords: senior, sr, proyecto, project, lider, jefe, gerente, manager, director, chief, lead, jefatura, regente
