CNC Operator/Programmer with or without experience

Teamwork and proactivity valued A 100% Mexican company with over 18 years of experience in manufacturing automated machinery—such as packaging and production lines—is seeking a CNC programmer/operator, with or without EXPERIENCE. Requirements: * Age between 25 and 45 * Engineering degree or technical certification * Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings * Minimum two years of verifiable experience programming and operating CNC machines, preferably Haas brand * Proficiency in programming software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SurfCAM, or similar * Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) * Familiarity with measurement tools * Experience handling various materials used in the industry * Proper care of equipment, tools, and tooling * Ability to operate other workshop equipment * Must reside in the Guadalajara metropolitan area * Must be proactive and able to work effectively in a team We offer: * Base salary commensurate with experience: from $2,800 weekly (for candidates with technical certification but no experience) up to $3,200 weekly (for experienced candidates) * Statutory benefits * Career growth opportunities Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:35 PM; Saturdays (overtime): 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Work location: Calz.
