Job Summary: Support financial management by accurately recording transactions, controlling accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting transaction management and account reconciliations 2. Support for monthly and annual financial closing processes 3. SAP finance module operation Objective: Contribute to the company’s proper financial management through accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions, control of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets, ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and tax requirements, while supporting financial integrity and organizational closing processes. Responsibilities: * Record and maintain up-to-date accounting transactions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger. * Process supplier and customer invoices, ensuring accuracy, documentary support, and compliance with internal policies. * Apply received payments and prepare supplier payments according to established terms. * Perform account reconciliations (bank, customers, suppliers, and general ledger). * Follow up on and resolve discrepancies, variances, and internal or external inquiries. * Support monthly and annual financial closing processes. * Prepare basic financial reports and balance analyses as required. * Maintain organized accounting documentation for internal and external audits.
