Job Responsibilities: · Ensure compliance with food preparation quality standards, both for ingredients and their handling. · Organize activities to streamline service and customer attention. · Monitor the performance of assigned staff. · Verify proper ingredient rotation. · Procure ingredients according to scheduled production. · Optimize allocated resources, both material and human.
