Direct interaction with clients, providing effective, courteous, and professional service Construction Supervisor (Roofing and Work at Heights) Company: HISOL E2 Location: Industrial Zone, Guadalajara, Jalisco Job Description: HISOL E2 is seeking a Construction Supervisor with experience in work at heights and vertical construction, responsible for proper project execution, operational management of technical and auxiliary staff, and maintaining excellent client relations. We seek a candidate with strong service orientation, effective leadership, and solid interpersonal skills—capable of resolving field issues and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and delivery schedule requirements.
