Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Backhoe Loader Operator to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment on construction and earthmoving projects, perform preventive maintenance, and adhere to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate a backhoe loader for excavation, grading, and material loading. 2. Perform preventive maintenance inspections on machinery. 3. Strictly comply with safety protocols and construction site regulations. We are looking for a highly skilled Backhoe Loader Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently on construction and earthmoving projects within the Guadalajara metropolitan area. Responsibilities: Operate the backhoe loader for excavation, grading, material loading, and trenching. Conduct preventive maintenance checks (fluid levels, lubrication, etc.) before and after each shift. Strictly comply with safety protocols and construction site regulations. Follow instructions from the site resident engineer or project manager. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1–2 years operating a backhoe loader (verifiable). Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance. Flexible schedule and willingness to travel to various work sites in the Tonalá area. Responsible, punctual individual focused on safe work practices. We Offer Salary: $4200 net per week Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) Job stability and timely payments Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
