Thanks to our success, Intraurbana is currently expanding and growing; therefore, we are seeking: Position: **Finishes Supervisor** Job Objective: To supervise and coordinate on-site finishes work, ensuring quality, compliance with blueprints, timelines and established standards, as well as proper customer service and warranty fulfillment. **Scope of finishes to supervise** * Wall finishes: plaster, skim coating, stucco, painting, and textured finishes. * Ceiling finishes: plaster, drywall, and painting. * Flooring: ceramic tile, porcelain tile, polished concrete, natural stone, laminate, or vinyl. * Cladding: bathroom and kitchen tiles, façade cladding, and decorative stone. * Leveling and alignment details for floors, walls, and ceilings. * Fixed carpentry: doors, closets, baseboards, frames, and built-in furniture. * Visible installations: installation of lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and accessories. * Bathroom fixtures: toilets, sinks, shower enclosures, and accessories. * Repairs, touch-ups, and final details prior to handover. * Handling warranties, latent defects, and post-handover corrections. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise masonry, installation, and especially finishes work (plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, etc.). * Inspect final details: leveling, alignment, paint uniformity, and correct application of cladding. * Assign tasks and supervise on-site work teams. * Submit daily or weekly progress reports and maintain quality control. * Identify and report delays, proposing corrective actions. * Coordinate activities with site managers, contractors, and suppliers. * Verify that all work complies with blueprints, technical specifications, and regulations. * Attend client and external supervisor visits. * Follow up on warranties and latent defects. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering**, or related field. *(Proven experience in finishes supervision will be highly valued.)* Experience managing personnel. Strong knowledge of finishes processes. Experience handling warranties and latent defects. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to track progress.
