Position for proactive and responsible professionals. 100% MEXICAN WOMEN'S APPAREL COMPANY SEEKING **FASHION BUYER/DESIGNER** **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Attendance bonus added to salary * Punctuality bonus added to salary * Statutory benefits from day one, contributing at 100% * Employee discount on our brand up to 40% * Monday to Friday, leaving Fridays at 3:00 PM REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 years of experience in national and international women's apparel procurement (jeans and woven fabrics) * Age 23\-45 * Bachelor's degree in International Business/Foreign Trade and Fashion Design or Marketing * Advanced English SKILLS AND ATTITUDES: * Excellent disposition, attitude, proactive and responsible. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive disposition and attitude. * Sense of urgency. * Organized. * Negotiation skills with suppliers; execution and follow-up of purchase orders nationally and internationally to ensure timely delivery and compliance with measurements and quality standards. * Budget management. * Knowledge of fabrics and their care techniques. * Knowledge of fits. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Illustrator, and Photoshop. * Willingness to work in a team.
