**Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-oriented **Shift Manager** to supervise the daily operations of our mini supermarket. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch and providing an excellent experience to our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Paying suppliers. * Performing cash register closures and supervising cash handling. * Tracking daily income and expenses (petty cash). * Supervising staff performance and ensuring they fulfill their duties. * Attending to and following up on customer needs. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper operation of the branch. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in similar positions (desirable). * Leadership and teamwork skills. * Positive attitude and customer focus. * Flexible availability. **Schedule:** * **6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.** * Monday through Sunday with one weekday off. **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary:** $12,000 (weekly pay). * **Statutory benefits.** * Job stability and a positive work environment.
