Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators to manufacture and market plastic containers and caps, with or without prior experience—we provide training. Key Highlights: 1. Balcones de Oblatos, Guadalajara, is looking for a Production Operator: \*Requirements\* * Preferably prior experience in production or as general assistants; otherwise, we provide training. * Availability to rotate among three 8-hour shifts (rotation every 15 days). Sunday is a mandatory day off. * Easy access to Col. Balcones de Oblatos * ·Letter of recommendation from most recent employer \*We Offer\* * Weekly salary of $2,300 MXN, take-home pay * Schedules for the three rotating shifts (mandatory rotation every 15 days): 06:50–15:00 hrs Morning shift 13:50–22:00 hrs Afternoon shift 21:50–07:00 hrs Night shift * Sunday is a mandatory day off * Statutory benefits (Christmas bonus, vacation entitlement under the new labor reform, profit-sharing, vacation premium, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc.) * Work location: Col.
