Their primary objective is to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and continuity in plant operations, guaranteeing compliance with production and industrial safety standards, based on the planning defined by the Production and Storage Manager.** A salary ranging from **$3,700 to $4,000 per week** is offered, determined prior to hiring based on your skills and experience. **Requirements:** At least 2 years of verifiable experience as a production supervisor or in a leadership role within manufacturing processes. Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field / Completed technical certification in a related field. Strong leadership skills, proficiency in ERP systems and production control tools (advanced Excel, Power BI desirable). Technical knowledge of industrial machinery.
