We are a **growing Mexican company**, serious and stable, looking for a **committed, reliable, and responsible** person to join our accounting team. **Your responsibilities** * Accurately record daily income, expenses, and sales provisions. * Issue, cancel, and send invoices and credit notes. * Prepare complete and up-to-date bank reconciliations. * Compile and deliver the monthly accounting package to the external accounting firm. * Coordinate the receipt of accounting documentation and maintain organized files. * Handle clarifications with clients, suppliers, and the accounting firm. **Expected results** * Deliver the complete accounting package accurately and on time. * Meet deadlines for sales invoicing and bill of lading issuance. * Maintain updated bank reconciliations with no discrepancies. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (in process of graduating or already graduated). * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a similar role. * Proficiency in **Excel, Office suite, and Contpaq Comercial.** * Experience with **online banking systems.** * Availability to work **full-time Monday through Friday and half-day on Saturdays.** **Ideal candidate profile** We are seeking a person with **high responsibility, honesty, good communication skills, and commitment.** Someone who enjoys working with precision and meeting goals under pressure.
