Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage operational vacancies, post job openings, and conduct initial interviews, ensuring compliance with recruitment KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Priority given to experience in high-turnover positions and goal-based assignments **Recruiter** A growing company is seeking a **Recruiter** with relevant experience to join its team. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of **$13,000** * Uncapped commission scheme based on hires * Statutory benefits from day one * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 (including one-hour lunch break) * Workplace location with convenient access to Glorieta Niños Héroes **Requirements:** * Minimum education: completed high school (bachelor’s degree—either incomplete or completed—is preferred) * Minimum **6 months’ experience in operational (volume-based) recruitment** * Proficiency in managing diverse recruitment sources (social media, job boards, field recruitment) * Timely candidate follow-up and process management * Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and results orientation * Demonstrable employment stability **Main Responsibilities:** * Timely and effective coverage of operational vacancies * Posting and managing job openings across various platforms * Conducting initial interviews and screening candidates * Compiling candidate files and tracking hiring progress * Meeting recruitment KPIs Candidates with experience covering high-turnover positions and working under performance objectives will be prioritized.
