Ensures customer satisfaction with completed work. Responsible for the safe operation of service equipment, including but not limited to: DME, **high-pressure pumps and/or mixers** during service delivery according to customer job design and KPIs. Performs necessary well calculations as required. Conducts data collection and distribution on jobs as needed. Coordinates cleaning, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Uses competency processes to enhance skill development and job performance. Must be familiar with HSE standards associated with operations. Promotes and contributes to safety and environmental awareness. Promotes and actively participates in quality and continuous improvement processes. Skills are acquired after 5 years of experience in the category.
