Strategic Management and Business Development*** * Design and implement the strategic and business plan, considering the demographic, epidemiological, and socioeconomic characteristics of Villahermosa and the state of Tabasco. * Identify and develop service lines with high regional demand (e.g., gastrointestinal, dermatological, geriatric conditions, and illnesses associated with tropical climates). * Establish strategic alliances with local specialist physicians, laboratories, clinics, insurers, and regional companies, including corporate agreements with the energy and industrial sectors. ***B. Financial and Administrative Management*** * Manage and control the clinic’s overall budget, with special attention to critical operational costs (air conditioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, humidity control). * Supervise billing, collections, and cash flow processes, including interactions with insurers and public and state healthcare systems. * Optimize procurement and supply processes, prioritizing reliable local suppliers and incorporating logistical contingency plans for climate-related emergencies. ***C. Operations, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance*** * Ensure full compliance with federal and state health regulations, particularly with COEPRIS Tabasco. * Implement, supervise, and update quality, biosafety, and food safety protocols—especially relevant in tropical environments (vector control, waste management, sterilization). * Develop and maintain a Business Continuity Plan addressing climate-related contingencies such as flooding and infrastructure damage. * Supervise preventive maintenance of facilities, electrical systems, drainage, and air-conditioning equipment. ***D. Talent Management and Organizational Culture*** * Lead staff by fostering an organizational culture grounded in humane treatment, professional ethics, and teamwork. * Coordinate with medical leaders to ensure proper scheduling, availability, and performance of specialists. * Promote continuous staff training, emphasizing medical emergencies and regionally prevalent diseases. * Maintain a positive work environment focused on service quality and patient care. ***E.
