Under direct supervision, you will acquire and/or reinforce knowledge of routine preventive maintenance and basic repairs of various Halliburton equipment. Subsequently, you will assist maintenance mechanical technicians in performing more complex repairs, prior to your release as an independent Level I Technician. You will be responsible for ensuring tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and effectively. When performed correctly, job activities have an indirect impact on cost control, efficiency, profitability, or operations. A Technical/TSU degree is the minimum educational requirement for Mechanical Technician vacancies, and an Electronics/Mechanical-Electrical Engineering degree is the minimum educational requirement for Electronic Technician vacancies. **Requirements** * Technical/TSU degree in Mechanics or related field for Mechanical Technician vacancies. Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree for Electronic Technician vacancies. * At least 1 year of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical or electronic equipment in the Oil&Gas industry. * Residency in Tabasco. **Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
